Six industries, one field problem
Project crews, plants, client buildings, supplied labour and depots look different, but each needs attendance and hours that stand up to payroll, clients and inspectors. Here is what X2 does for each today.

Multi-site crews, one verified record
Crews move between sites mid-project and rosters change week to week. When hours live on paper, every disputed day becomes an argument with no evidence on either side.
- Geofenced project locations (circle, polygon or rectangle) with every punch validated on the server
- Crews organised by project, with their rosters and shifts
- Incident reports raised from the field with photos and GPS location
On our roadmap: Project Management (X3), designed to tie progress and cost to the same crews and sites.

Round-the-clock sites, verified presence
Plants and remote facilities run day and night, often where GPS is unreliable and mobile signal drops out. Attendance still has to be exact, because every shift feeds overtime and payroll.
- Rosters and night shifts, with automatic clock-out after shift end plus a grace period
- X2-Beacon Bluetooth beacons that anchor presence where GPS is weak
- An offline-capable worker app that syncs when signal returns

Mobilised crews, hours you can defend
Crews mobilise to client sites for short, intensive scopes of work, often with long overtime. Every hour has to be justified to the client and paid correctly within the cut-off.
- Punches outside the site boundary or with integrity problems sent to a supervisor for review
- Overtime approved through multi-level workflows with delegation and escalation
- Daily timesheets that separate regular hours, overtime and higher overtime bands

Proof of presence at every client building
Technicians and site staff are spread across many buildings, often a handful per site. Clients expect proof that contracted staff were there, and a timesheet signed at month end rarely convinces them.
- A geofence for each client building, with punches validated against it on the server
- Face verification confirming the registered employee is the one punching
- Justification requests routed to approvers, with push notifications to workers and approvers
On our roadmap: Smart Maintenance, designed to route work orders to the technicians already in X2.

Supplied workers, verified on client sites
Workers are deployed across many client sites, speak many languages and are managed by people who rarely see them. Discipline and deductions must follow Saudi Labour Law to the letter.
- A worker app in English, Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Bengali, Filipino and Nepali
- One registered phone per worker, so punches come from the worker's own device
- A disciplinary process following Articles 70, 71 and 80, with the Article 70 monthly deduction cap applied to the actual pay period
On our roadmap: Human Capital Management, designed to add contract, iqama and document-expiry tracking.

Depot shifts, aligned to your payroll
Drivers, warehouse and yard teams work rotating shifts across depots, and their hours feed a payroll cycle that rarely matches the calendar month. Reconciling the two by hand costs time and accuracy.
- Timesheets aggregated daily into your payroll cut-off period, such as the 21st to the 20th
- Leave requests through approval workflows, with annual-leave rescheduling under Articles 109 and 110
- Integration with Odoo that synchronises employees and can push overtime and leave to it
On our roadmap: Logistics & Fleet, designed to track vehicles and equipment on the same geofences X2 already uses.
